When the customer received the product, they initially thought it was a regular camera. They questioned why they should approach us for copy board services when there are many other solution providers in the market. However, upon realizing that it was a serial camera, they quickly turned to us for support in debugging the software and testing the serial port for continuous image capture. The customer directly requested our assistance in decrypting and modifying the program without any hesitation.

Chip decryption has always been one of our core competencies, and upon signing a cooperation contract with the customer, our engineers promptly delivered a program for testing within three days. Once the test was successful, the customer made the payment, and they urged us to proceed with the copy board and debugging process as quickly as possible.

Since we have had considerable experience in copying camera motherboards before, the copy board process was straightforward and completed promptly. However, the real challenge came when we needed to modify the agreement according to the customer's specific requirements. Our engineers carefully analyzed the decryption procedures, identified the control protocol sections in the program that needed adjustments, and provided the customer with testing. After multiple iterations of testing and modifications, we finally succeeded in writing and modifying the program to meet the customer's needs. This process required thorough debugging, and it was essential to ensure that the revised program worked seamlessly with the copy board. We understand that programming, debugging, and testing require repeated efforts to achieve success.

In the end, we successfully delivered the product to the customer, and they were pleased with the outcome. The product was subsequently mass-produced and launched in the market.
