The client was introduced to us by an existing customer. Initially, the client brought us a disassembled board, a simple single-sided board with a row of buttons and audio output. Each button produced different sounds, including children's songs, music, and stories, providing various choices for early education. The client emphasized the importance of cost-effectiveness for this educational product, and they didn't require us to reverse engineer the PCB schematics.

The product itself was not complicated, being a single-sided board. However, the difficulty arose from the presence of a bound OTP (One-Time Programmable) chip on the board, which added some complexity to the cloning process. Fortunately, we had a special dissolving solution that easily resolved this issue, making the rest of the process straightforward and smooth.

Additionally, we assisted the client in finding a chip supplier, significantly reducing their overall costs. The client was highly satisfied with our services and promised to come back to Dongdao Technology for future projects.
