When this client initially contacted us, they were straightforward and mentioned that they had previously approached another PCB cloning company without success. They wanted to change the service provider and were concerned about the success of the project. We showed them examples of our previous work and shared screenshots of relevant projects, but the client still preferred to meet in person.

Eventually, the client flew from Tianjin to Shenzhen to discuss the project in person. The client was a young person in their 30s, wearing glasses, and very meticulous. Along with the product, they brought a specialty from Tianjin - Tianjin Mahua (a local snack). We were touched by their thoughtfulness. Their product was a video intercom system used within a building, enabling video calls and control of the entrance gate. It consisted of a host, sub-devices, and a converter, all powered by the mainboard.

The client demonstrated the entire functionality on the spot. Since the client had previously attempted chip decryption, the current project only required complete cloning without decryption. The mainboard was a standard double-sided board, posing no significant challenges for our engineers. The pricing negotiations went smoothly, and we reached an agreement that satisfied both parties.

As it was a double-sided board, the project progressed quickly and successfully. We managed to help the client clone the board, providing them with the necessary files. The client praised the expertise of Eastdo Technology and pointed out that the previous PCB cloning companies had provided insufficient PCB file libraries and hard-to-understand schematics.
