The entire product is a solar-wind complementary controller that mainly utilizes a microcontroller and specialized software to achieve intelligent control with four working modes selection - pure light control, light control + timing, general, and debugging. It has single and dual time segment output settings and two output options. The controller provides protection against overcharging, over-discharging, electronic short-circuit, and overload. It also features unique anti-reverse protection and a series PWM charging main circuit with accurate discharge control, industrial-grade chips, LED display, and settings.

Main Application Fields: Solar DC street lights, solar courtyard lights, lawn lights, solar light boxes, billboards, and other solar lighting systems.

Due to the successful collaboration on the inverter project, the client had great trust in us, and in the end, we did not disappoint them. Since this is an intelligent controller programmed by software, we started by decrypting the chip. Chip decryption is one of our traditional advantages, and the testing result was fully OK. The entire device can be used in power plants and is capable of online control with communication transmission function. The client showed us the computer application software after connecting online, and after opening the software, we could see their previous LOGO and contact address. The client wanted to make personalized modifications to these, and this is where our advantage shines. Many companies that offer PCB cloning and chip decryption services have engineers who are familiar with or understand microcontroller programming, but they may not be knowledgeable about computer software and computer voice programs. However, in our company, we have engineers who graduated in computer science, and they have a significant advantage in project development and program design. We quickly made the required modifications to the software interface as per the client's needs, and our charges were quite reasonable.

Compared to other MPPT controllers, this controller has excellent protection features, including:

  1. Fan protection function: Automatically brakes in high wind speed (high wind protection); even if the battery is faulty or not connected, it can still automatically lock the fan.

  2. Battery protection function: The controller can automatically protect itself from battery reverse connection, avoiding damage; it also has self-protection against short-circuits in the battery. Once the short circuit is eliminated, it will automatically restore power. The controller also provides overcharging and over-discharging protection for the battery.

  3. Solar panel protection function: The controller can automatically protect itself from solar panel reverse connection, avoiding damage; it adopts open-circuit disconnection charging protection when the solar panel voltage is too high; and it also has a nighttime anti-reverse charging protection for the solar panel.

  4. Load lighting protection function: In case of short circuit in the load lighting, the controller activates self-protection, and once the short circuit is eliminated, it will automatically resume output power supply.
