This client had previously engaged with another circuit board copying company that claimed to have excellent capabilities. However, they were disappointed when the previous company failed to deliver results after half a month of work. As a result, the client approached us to perform the PCB copying. The entire project involves an imported day-night ABF camera that features an automatic back focus adjustment function, enabling perfect focusing 24 hours a day. This camera boasts powerful functionalities, and during the transition between color and black-and-white modes, the camera automatically performs subtle adjustments in the CCD position, ensuring precise back focus. This new Auto Back Focus (ABF) technology ensures the camera can continuously capture clear and accurately focused images.

Due to its powerful features, the day-night ABF camera finds broad applications and is ideal for outdoor and upscale locations. It effectively eliminates image blurring caused by vibrations from trains or passing vehicles. Additionally, it offers scene change detection, triggering an alarm signal when the camera is obstructed, has substances sprayed on its lens, undergoes changes in shooting angles, or if someone tries to remove the lens, causing focal displacement. It is an excellent security product.

The mainboard of this camera is not very large, but it features very fine traces. The 4-layer board with BGA presents its unique challenges. Since the client had previous experiences with other board copying attempts, they emphasized whether we had prior experience and the capability to handle their requirements. We were able to gain their trust and secure the cooperation by presenting our past successful copying of digital camera products.

The basic parameters of the ABF camera are as follows:

Full Scanning Mode: 1,280 (H) × 960 (V) mm, 12.5 frames/second, sequential scanning. Partial Scanning Mode: 960 (H) × 720 (V) mm, 50 frames/second, interlaced scanning. Built-in network interface (10Base-T/100Base/TX), allowing remote monitoring via a computer. Support for network protocols: TCP/IP, UDP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, DHCP, DNS, DDNS, NTP, SNMP, BOOTP. The ABF function enables simple focus adjustment during installation and fine-tuning through remote control after installation. Horizontal resolution: 600 lines in color mode, 780 lines in black-and-white mode. Automatic or manual switching between color and black-and-white modes, achieving 24-hour real-time monitoring. Menu settings in Chinese. Camera ID: Up to 8 Chinese characters or 16 English letters. SD slot for FTP backup. Multi-screen display (4 screens × 2). Image stabilization function, suitable for mitigating image blurring caused by vibrations. Built-in digital noise reduction function. Privacy zone masking function. Built-in alarm function, supporting external security devices and FTP alarm actions. Built-in digital motion detector. Built-in 16-bit character display generator. Built-in 5x digital zoom function.
