The client provided us with a prototype of a small multifunctional vacuum sealing machine. It features a powerful vacuum function, capable of sealing various plastic bags. The machine is energy-efficient, compact, lightweight, versatile, and easy to operate. Additionally, it boasts a high degree of automation, with digital control for sealing time and an overheat auto-protection and alarm device.

As the client is involved in the tea production industry in Fujian, there is considerable demand for vacuum sealing machines in the region. These machines are not only useful for sealing tea leaves but also for packaging general plastic bags, composite food bags, aluminum foil bags, and custom-made plastic bags. They are also suitable for preserving items or food that require long-term storage, such as pharmaceutical products, electronic devices, audiovisual products, cameras, woolen clothing, jewelry, antiques, paintings, dried and fresh fruits, tea leaves, and raw or cooked meats. Vacuum sealing effectively ensures freshness, quality, moisture resistance, mold prevention, rust prevention, pollution prevention, oxidation prevention, and sterilization, thereby extending the shelf life of the products.

The client noticed that the vacuum sealing machines available in the market were predominantly large and bulky. They wanted a specialized machine specifically designed for sealing tea leaves, with reduced production costs. To achieve this, the client designed a mold and provided us with the PRE files. We then utilized their design concept to work on the PCB circuit design, which is our area of expertise. Such collaborations are quite common, where clients have specific requirements and ideas, and they approach us for technical cooperation. We can assist the client in providing the final production files, and they have the option to entrust production to us or handle it themselves.
