Project Scope: PCB Cloning, BOM Generation, Sample Assembly and Debugging

Many ladies who have been to beauty salons must have seen a mist sprayer that can produce cold and hot mists. Typically, it comes with two modes: cold mist and hot mist. Its main function is to help open and close the pores of the skin.

The principle behind it is quite simple. Normal drinking water is passed through a physical water softener and filter, which separates calcium, magnesium, and other ions from the water, making it pure and free of impurities. Then, through specially designed ultrasonic oscillation, a fine mist with abundant negative oxygen ions is generated, creating a natural forest-like ambiance.

The hot mist mode has a heating tube inside, which allows the gas to pass through a high-temperature heating tube, heating the gas. The customer asked us to handle the entire circuit part, while they would take care of the other aspects themselves. Due to market demand and relatively low technical difficulty, many people are involved in producing similar devices as the customer mentioned that the profit margin is not high.

After disassembling the whole product, we found that the entire circuit board was straightforward. We provided the customer with an overall evaluation of the PCBA price, which they found acceptable. Subsequently, we started the PCB cloning work. During the sampling process, our procurement team promptly proceeded with the purchasing work. After receiving the PCB samples, we immediately started the soldering and debugging work.
