When we received the product, it looked fun—a small whale-shaped device, but it was actually a handheld massager. We tried it, and the effect was quite good, with strong vibrations.

After opening the casing, we found that the circuit inside was relatively simple, consisting of a single-chip controller. When the switch is turned on, the entire circuit triggers conduction, and the output provides controlled pulsating direct current voltage to power a DC motor. The motor rotates and drives the massaging head to perform massage movements. It was a straightforward double-sided board. The customer came to us through a friend's recommendation. They are a trading company, and this product was one of their requirements, which also needed mold development. We are aware that mold development costs can be high. Since the board was simple, we charged the customer 150 yuan for PCB cloning and 300 yuan for chip decryption. The overall project cost was not very high, but our principle at EastGuide Technology is to approach every customer project with dedication, ensuring accuracy in the documentation and providing high-quality service.

After the boards were produced, we soldered the original components onto them, and as soon as the power was connected, they worked immediately. The customer was very satisfied, and we proceeded to solder the remaining 9 sets of prototypes. We verified each one and found a minor issue with one of them, which we promptly resolved.

The customer received the prototypes and immediately made the final payment. We provided all the documentation to the customer as well.
