Reversing radar is not unfamiliar to car owners. It is primarily used to inform drivers of surrounding obstacles while parking, using sound or more intuitive displays. It eliminates the challenges caused by the need for drivers to look around when parking, reversing, or starting the vehicle. It also helps to eliminate blind spots and blurry vision, thus improving driving safety.

The main function of the reversing radar is to utilize ultrasonic principles during reversing. The sensor installed on the rear bumper of the vehicle emits ultrasonic waves, which hit the obstacles and reflect back to the sensor. By calculating the actual distance between the vehicle and the obstacles, it provides prompts to the driver, making parking and reversing easier and safer. The reversing radar can offer prompts through LCD, voice, and sound, with receiving options including wireless and wired transmission.

Its features include:

  1. Automatic detection of rear obstacles during reversing.
  2. High-brightness LED display, intelligent left and right prompting for the distance of rear obstacles.
  3. Detection range: 0.30m to 1.80m behind the vehicle.
  4. Digital and three-stage variable frequency sound prompts for double protection.
  5. No impact on the original vehicle circuit.
  6. Optional 2-4 probes with colors matching the vehicle's body color.
  7. Radar distance measurement and digital display.
  8. BiBiBi three-level heartbeat alarm sound.
  9. All-weather design suitable for various environments. Probes are available in different colors, suitable for vehicles of various colors.
  10. Technical parameters: Rated working voltage: 12V, working voltage range: 8V to 24V DC, rated working current: 50mA to 180mA, detection distance: 0.2 to 2.0m, main unit operating temperature: -40°C to +80°C, display operating temperature: -30°C to +70°C.

The customer asked us to evaluate the reversing radar and then clone the PCB. Due to our successful experience in security products, the customer had a high level of confidence in our technology. Our performance indeed satisfied the customer greatly.
