Shenzhen Eastdo Technology specializes in the replication of double-sided and multi-layered circuit boards, PCB modifications, PCB mass production (including debugging), and prototype manufacturing. We are also capable of providing secondary development services to meet various customer requirements. One successful case in our portfolio involves the replication of vacuum cleaner circuit boards. Here is an introduction to the vacuum cleaner:
The working principle of a vacuum cleaner involves the high-speed rotation of the vacuum motor, which sucks in air through the suction inlet, creating a certain level of vacuum in the dust container. Dust is collected in the dust bag inside the container through the floor brush, hose, handle, and main suction tube. The filtered air passes through a protective barrier, which prevents dust from entering the motor, before exiting the cleaner. Additionally, an extra layer of filtration is added before the air enters the motor due to the continuous wear of the carbon brush during motor operation.
The finer the filtering material, the cleaner the air inside the vacuum cleaner becomes. However, this reduces the air permeability, affecting the airflow drawn by the motor and reducing the efficiency of the vacuum cleaner. Nonetheless, user comfort and cleanliness remain the primary focus.
Basic Structure:
The vacuum cleaner mainly consists of the dust intake, suction, and dust filtration parts. It generally includes a series-excited commutator motor, a centrifugal fan, a dust filter (bag), and vacuum cleaner accessories. The power of a typical vacuum cleaner ranges from 400W to 1000W or higher, while portable vacuum cleaners usually have a power of 250W or below. The core component responsible for dust removal is an electric fan located at the "head" of the cleaner. The fan's shaft contains fan blades that, when powered on, rotate at a speed of 500 revolutions per second, generating strong suction and pressure. As a result, the high-speed air is expelled, while the front section of the fan continuously draws in air, creating instant vacuum inside the cleaner. This vacuum, in conjunction with atmospheric pressure, causes the intake of air containing dust. Dust and other debris pass through the carpet or floor brush, long handle, curved pipe, hose, and hose connector, entering the dust bag. The dust and debris are retained in the dust bag, while the purified air passes through the filter before being expelled through the rear of the device.
